Who we build for

Built for your team.

Independent reference lab director or DTC diagnostic brand founder building or modernizing their patient-facing platform, including result delivery, test ordering, provider review workflows, and lab partner integrations.

Patients send samples and wait weeks for results in a clunky PDF email — we're losing repeat orders.

Our e-commerce platform was built for retail and doesn't handle regulated workflows, state-by-state rules, or provider review.

We have no clean integration with our LIS or lab partner APIs — every order is a manual handoff.

Pains we solve

Your priorities — addressed.

Our result-delivery flow has no clinical context, no flagged-value handling, and no clear next steps for patients.

CLIA status (waived vs. high-complexity) isn't reflected in our UI or data model.

Provider review happens over email — there's no auditable workflow for the licensed provider who must sign off.

Regulatory & compliance landscape

Built with compliance as a first-class requirement.

CLIA (Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments) governs how clinical tests are performed and how results are released. Whether your product is CLIA-waived (simple tests like glucose meters) or high-complexity (most lab-developed tests), CLIA status changes who can order, who must review, and how results can be communicated. Software built without that distinction in the data model leads to compliance gaps and slow provider-review workflows. We build CLIA-aware — every order knows its test's complexity, every result knows its release pathway, every provider review is auditable. Result release in many states requires a licensed provider to authorize — our default workflow includes a provider-review queue with explicit sign-off, not implicit release.
