The challenge
Building a production-grade, multi-surface clinical AI platform in the longevity and regenerative medicine space requires a level of technical depth, compliance rigor, and domain expertise that no single off-the-shelf tool provides. Synaptis built AXIFI to solve this — for our own clients and as a deployable platform for healthcare organizations.
What we built
AXIFI was built entirely by Synaptis — 2,655 files, 684 API routes, 49 cron jobs. Five product surfaces (Member, Biohacker, Physician, Researcher, Educator), each with purpose-built UX and workflow tools. A 50+ agent AI reasoning pipeline with citation-first output. 14 clinical tools including an AI scribe, drug interaction checker, biological age scoring, and biomarker trending. All running on HIPAA-ready, SOC 2 Type II ready, GDPR ready infrastructure with AES-256-GCM at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit.
Outcomes
AXIFI is live and deployed. It is the most fully-featured platform in the longevity and regenerative medicine AI space that Synaptis is aware of — and it is available for deployment with healthcare organizations who want a production-ready AI clinical layer without building from scratch.
