The challenge
The peptide research space lacked a structured, citation-grounded information layer. Researchers and clinicians were piecing together compound information from scattered sources — PubMed, vendor COAs, gray-market databases, Reddit threads. There was no authoritative, AI-assisted research platform purpose-built for peptides.
What we built
Synaptis built PeptideResearchAI from the ground up — ingest pipelines for 20+ peptide data sources, a structured compound database with mechanism-of-action, dosing, protocol, and safety data, an AI research assistant with citation-enforced output (no bare assertions), and a subscriber-facing dashboard for researchers and clinicians. This is a Synaptis-owned platform, not client work.
